A Therapist/Calm Coach facilitates private sessions and workshops that equip children with the necessary tools to calm themselves, using a blend of modalities such as yoga, breathing, meditation, art therapy, coaching and more.
Children learn how to manage depression and anxiety using a range of methods so they can overcome new challenges that are commonly experienced by youth.
It also develops participants' confidence by providing them with positive strategies to problem solve challenges in every area of their lives.
